本文主要从新时期环境下经济发展呼唤地方高校工程教育实施改革角度出发,阐述地方高校工程教育实施改革存在的缺陷,论述地方高校新工科人才创新创业能力培养基本定位,进而推出新工科人才创新创业能力培养模式,为地方高校新工科人才创新创业能力培养模式提供研究参考。

AFrom the point of view of economic development calling for the reform of engineering education in local colleges and universities in the new era,this paper expounds the defects in the implementation of engineering education reform in local colleges and universities.This paper discusses the basic orientation of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability of new engineering talents in local colleges and universities,narrates the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial ability of new engineering talents,and makes a detailed analysis from different angles.Therefore,it can be a reference for the research on the cultivation model of innovative and entrepreneurial ability of new engineering talents in local universities.
