2014年-2018年临汾市流感病原学监测分析

Pathogenic surveillance and analysis of influenza in Linfen City during 2014-2018

目的分析2014年-2018年临汾市地区流行性感冒的病原学特点,为流感防控工作提供科学依据。方法收集2014年-2018年临汾市哨点医院流感样病例(influenza like illness,ILI)咽拭子,以实时荧光定量RT-PCR法检测流感病毒核酸,并对阳性样本进行病毒分离鉴定,统计学分析病原学检测数据,总结流感流行特征。结果2014年-2018年临汾市疾病预防控制中心共收集、检测流感样病例鼻咽拭子6253份,流感病毒阳性样本875份,总阳性率为13.99%,4种型别流感毒株均能分离出。流感病毒流行时间主要为每年1月-4月和10月-12月,且各类人群均可感染。结论临汾市流感为冬春季单峰流行,且4种病毒类型均可能成为流行型。在流感预防工作上,应重点关注每年的1月-2月和6岁~25岁年龄段,提前加大流感知识宣传力度,做好预防和治疗流感的各项措施。

Objective To analyze the etiological characteristics of influenza in Linfen City from 2014 to 2018,so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of influenza in the region.Methods The throat swab of influenza-like cases in the sentinel hospital of Linfen City were collected from 2014 to 2018,the nucleic acid of influenza virus was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PC R,and the positive sam ples were isolated and identified.The pathogenic test data were analyzed statistically,and the influenza epidemic characteristics were summarized.Results From 2014 to 2018,a total of 6253 nasopharyngeal swabs of influenza-like cases were collected and tested in Linfen Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention,among which 875 sam ples were positive for influenza virus,with a total positive rate of 13.99%.All four types of influenza virus strains could be isolated.Influenza virus mainly spread from January to April and from October to December every year,and all kinds of people can be infected.Conclusion Single peak epidem ic of influenza in Linfen City was in winter and spring,and all the four virus types may become epidem ic.In the work of influenza prevention,attention should be paid to January-February every year and the age group of 6-25 years old.And it is necessary to strengthen the publicity of influenza knowledge in advance,and do a good job in the prevention and treatm ent of influenza m easures.
