全身中药熏泡浴联合腹部抚触治疗ABO溶血足月新生儿黄疸临床效果

Clinical effect of whole-body herbal fumigating combined with abdominal touch in the treatment of jaundice on ABO hemolytic full-term neonatus

目的探讨全身中药熏泡浴联合腹部抚触治疗ABO溶血足月新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法选择2017年9月—2019年12月我院收治的ABO溶血足月新生儿黄疸患儿80例,按随机对照原则分为2组,对照组40例,采用蓝光治疗;观察组40例,采用全身中药熏泡浴联合腹部抚触治疗。比较2组患儿临床疗效、血清总胆红素水平。结果治疗7 d后,观察组总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1 d、3 d及7 d后,2组患儿血清总胆红素水平降低,且各个时间点观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全身中药熏泡浴联合腹部抚触治疗ABO溶血足月新生儿黄疸,能有效降低患儿血清总胆红素水平,疗效确切。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of whole-body herbal fumigating combined with abdominal touch in the treatment of jaundice on ABO hemolytic full-term neonatus.Methods 80 cases of ABO hemolytic full-term neonatus with jaundice who were received by our hospital from September 2017 to December 2019 were divided into two groups according to the principle of random control method.40 cases in the control group were treated with blue light,40 cases in the observation group were treated with whole-body herbal fumigating combined with abdominal touch.Then compared the clinical effect and serum total bilirubin level of the two groups.Results After 7d of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1d,3d and 7d of treatment,the total serum bilirubin levels of the two groups of children had been decreased,and the observation group at each point of time was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-body herbal fumigating combined with abdominal touch can effectively reduce the level of serum total bilirubin in the treatment of jaundice on ABO hemolytic full-term neonatus.
