口腔修复联合正畸治疗先天性缺牙综合征的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of oral restoration combined with orthodontic treatment for congenital tooth deficiency syndrome

目的观察口腔修复联合正畸治疗先天性缺牙综合征的临床效果。方法将120例先天性缺牙综合征患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例,对照组接受口腔修复治疗,观察组接受口腔修复联合正畸治疗。比较2组的临床治疗效果,治疗后咀嚼功能、语言功能、矫正舒适度、牙龈健康指数、牙石/菌斑指数。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的81.67%(P<0.05)。2组治疗后咀嚼功能评分、语言功能评分均高于本组治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗1周内感觉不适、重度疼痛、影响饮食发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后牙龈健康指数、牙石/菌斑指数均低于本组治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,2组牙龈健康指数、牙石/菌斑指数差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论口腔修复联合正畸治疗先天性缺牙综合征临床效果优于单一口腔修复,治疗后患者咀嚼功能、语言功能改善,矫正舒适度良好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral restoration combined with orthodontic treatment on congenital tooth deficiency syndrome.Methods 120 patients with congenital tooth loss syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group received oral repair treatment,and the observation group received oral repair combined with orthodontic treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.After treatment,the chewing function,language function,corrected comfort,gum health index,calculus/plaque index.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 96.67%,which was higher than the total effective rate of the control group,81.67%(P<0.05).The chewing function score and language function score of both groups after treatment were higher than that of this group before treatment,and the observation group chewing function score and language function score were higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of discomfort,severe pain,and diet-influence in the observation group within 1 week of treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The gingival health index and calculus/plaque index of the two groups were lower than those of the group before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in gum health index and calculus/plaque index between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of oral repair combined with orthodontic treatment on congenital tooth deficiency syndrome is better than that of single oral repair treatment.After treatment,the patient's chewing function and language function are improved,and the correction comfort is good.
