沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗老年左室射血分数降低心力衰竭疗效及对NT-proBNP hs-CRP的影响

Effect of Sakubatrevalsartan on heart failure and NT proBNP,hs CRP in elderly patients with left ventricular ejection fraction reduction

目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗老年左室射血分数降低心力衰竭的疗效及对血浆N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法选取本院2017年6月—2018年12月收治的120例老年左室射血分数降低心力衰竭患者,分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组进行常规抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组将对照组中的依那普利替换为沙库巴曲缬沙坦,2组均治疗6个月。对比2组临床疗效及NT-proBNP、hs-CRP水平。结果治疗后观察组和对照组左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组左室射血分数、明尼苏达心力衰竭量表评分、血浆NT-proBNP和hs-CRP水平低于对照组,而6 min步行距离高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间和住院次数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗老年左室射血分数降低心力衰竭有效,并且能显著降低血浆NT-proBNP和hs-CRP水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of sakubatravalin in the treatment of heart failure in the elderly with left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)reduction and the effect on plasma N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide(NT proBNP)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP).Methods from June 2017 to December 2018,120 elderly patients with heart failure with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction were divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional anti-heart failure treatment,and the observation group replaced enalapril in the control group with sacurabatril valsartan.Both groups were treated for 6 months.Results there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction,Minnesota Heart Failure scale score,plasma NT proBNP and hs CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the 6-minute walking distance was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time and times of hospitalization in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion sakubatravsartan is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and can significantly reduce the levels of NT proBNP and hs CRP.
