中药外敷联合灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察

Efficacy of external application of Chinese medicine combined with enema on treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation

目的探讨中药外敷联合灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年1月—2020年4月我院收治的60例慢性盆腔炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同进行分组,30采用头孢呋辛钠与甲硝唑治疗的患者纳入对照组,30例联合中药外敷与灌肠治疗的患者纳入观察组。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后的证候积分以及炎症因子水平。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组证候积分、C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均下降,且观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药外敷联合灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,可减轻患者临床症状,控制炎症反应。

Objective To explore the efficacy of external application of Chinese medicine combined with enema in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation treated from January 2019 to April 2020 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and grouped them according to different treatment methods.Among them,30 patients treated with cefuroxime sodium and metronidazole were included in a control group,and another 30 patients combined traditional Chinese medicine external application with enema for treatment were included in an observation group.The clinical efficacy,syndrome scores before and after treatment,and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the observation group was higher,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the syndrome scores of the two groups were all decreased,and the observation group was lower,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of Chinese medicine combined with enema in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is effective,it can relief clinical symptoms of patients and control the inflammatory response.
