穴位埋线治疗非典型抗精神病药物所致高脂血症疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding on hyperlipidemia caused by atypical antipsychotic drugs

目的探讨穴位埋线治疗非典型抗精神病药物所致高脂血症的疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2020年2月我院收治的服用非典型抗精神病药所致高脂血症患者30例作为研究对象,均采用穴位埋线治疗,1次/周,连续治疗2个月。比较治疗前后血脂各项指标水平,并观察临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后HDL-C高于治疗前,LDL-C、TG、TC低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后临床总有效率为96.67%;治疗期间有2例出现胃肠道不适,口服护胃药物后缓解,未出现肝功能损害,有1例出现皮下硬结,给予热敷后硬结消散。结论穴位埋线能改善非典型抗精神病药物所致高脂血症患者的血脂水平,且安全性较高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding on hyperlipidemia caused by atypical antipsychotic drugs.Methods Thirty patients with hyperlipidemia caused by taking atypical antipsychotics in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects,all of them were treated with catgut embedding at the acupoint,once a week,for 2 consecutive treatments month.Compare the levels of blood lipids before and after treatment,and observe the clinical efficacy and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results After treatment,HDL-C was higher than before treatment,LDL-C,TG,TC was lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 96.67%.During the treatment,2 patients developed gastrointestinal discomfort.After oral administration of gastric-protective drugs,there was no liver function damage,and 1 patient developed subcutaneous induration.Conclusion Catgut embedding at acupoints can improve blood lipid levels in patients with hyperlipidemia caused by atypical antipsychotic drugs.The effect is remarkable and the safety is high,which is worth popularizing.
