小续命汤与肺朝百脉

Xiaoxuming Decoction and Regulation of Blood Vessel movement of Lungs

小续命汤是千年古方,历来对其治疗中风的作用机理争议很大,但却又是行之有效的名方。本文分析认为小续命汤证的病因病机是气血偏虚、外邪深入、气血瘀阻、气机闭塞。据考证,肺朝百脉的原理是通过肺的宣发肃降、汇聚和调度全身气血的运行。从历代论著和经验来看,小续命汤不仅是祛散风寒,而是宣降肺气,使人体气血通畅,和肺朝百脉的机理是一致的。这对于理解小续命汤治疗其他疾病具有指导意义。

Xiaoxuming decoction has been a very famous prescription in China for more than a thousand year.Even though this famous decoction has proven to be effective,there have been debates about its mechanism on stroke treatment.This essay discussed that the etiology and pathogenesis of Xiaoxuming decoction included the Qi and blood weakness,intrusion of exogenous disease,obstruction of Qi and blood,impassability due to obstruction of Qi and blood.According to research,the principle of lungs regulation of the blood vessel movement is through using the function of lung to transport the Qi and blood.And from previous literature and research,Xiaoxuming decoction not only can dispel wind and cold,but also promote the dispersing and desending functions of the lung,and make the blood to move smoothly.Thus,we proposed that the mechanism of Xiaoxuming decoction was consistent with that of the lungs regulation of the blood vessels movement,which was instructive for understanding the application of Xiaoxuming decoction in other diseases.
