江苏省中药饮片质量现状及治理对策分析

Quality Status and Management Countermeasures of Chinese Herbal Pieces in Jiangsu Province

中药饮片对中医临床疗效至关重要,但是目前中药饮片质量不容乐观。以此为背景,本文首先讨论江苏省中药饮片质量现状,再从中药饮片治理角度分析江苏省中药饮片治理中存在部门间缺乏协作、中药饮片企业主体责任意识薄弱以及社会自治机制失灵等问题,最后提出建立长效协作治理机制、提高中药饮片企业主体责任意识、加快行业协会改革以及提升公众参与中药饮片治理效果等对策。

Chinese herbal pieces are vital for the clinical effect of Chinese medicine.However,the quality of Chinese herbal pieces is not optimistic.With this background,the essay first discussed the quality status of Chinese herbal pieces in Jiangsu province and then analyzed the issues existing in the management of Chinese herbal pieces,such as lack of cooperation among government departments,lack of responsibility consciousness in Chinese herbal pieces companies and failure of social self-governance mechanism;at last the essay put forward some measures,including building the long-standing cooperative governance mechanism,enhancing the responsibility consciousness of Chinese herbal pieces companies,accelerating the reform of trade associations and promote the effectiveness of the public participation in Chinese herbal pieces governance.
