通窍鼻炎颗粒联合盐酸氮卓斯汀片对变应性鼻炎患者炎性反应、氧化应激水平及Th1/Th2平衡的影响

The Effects of Tongqiao Biyan Granules Combined with Azelastine Hydrochloride Tablets on the Inflammatory Response,Oxidative Stress Level and Th1/Th2 Balance in Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

目的:探究通窍鼻炎颗粒联合盐酸氮卓斯汀片对变应性鼻炎患者炎性反应、氧化应激水平以及Th1/Th2平衡的影响。方法:选取本院2018年9月~2019年9月收治的102例变应性鼻炎患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组51例。对照组给予盐酸氮卓斯汀片治疗,治疗组在前者基础上给予通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗前后症状积分、检测并对比两组治疗前后炎性因子[白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平、氧化应激[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)]水平、Th1/Th2平衡[白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)]水平以及两组不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前两组症状积分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组症状积分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组IL-12、IgE、TNF-α、SOD、MDA、IL-4、IFN-γ和IFN-γ/IL-4比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组血清IL-12、SOD、IFN-γ和IFN-γ/IL-4水平较治疗前均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组均高于对照组(P<0.05);血清IgE、TNF-α、MDA和IL-4水平较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率(7.84%)低于对照组(15.69%),且两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:通窍鼻炎颗粒联合盐酸氮卓斯汀片治疗变应性鼻炎效果良好,可调节变应性鼻炎患者Th1/Th2平衡,降低氧化应激及炎性水平,改善患者症状,且不良反应发生率低,具有一定临床推广价值。

Objective:To explore the effects of Tongqiao Biyan granules combined with azelastine hydrochloride tablets on the inflammatory response,oxidative stress level and Th1/Th2 balance in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods:A total of 102 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azelastine hydrochloride tablets,and the treatment groupwith additional Tongqiao Biyan granules on the basis of the control group.The symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-12(IL-12),immunoglobulin E(IgE),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],oxidative stress[superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)],Th1/Th2 balance[interleukin-4(IL-4),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were measured and compared before and after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in symptom score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The symptom score of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),with more reduction found in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IL-12,IgE,TNF-α,SOD,MDA,IL-4,IFN-γand IFN-γ/IL-4 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-12,SOD,IFN-γand IFN-γ/IL-4 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),with more increase found in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).In both groups,the levels of serum IgE,TNF-α,MDA and IL-4 were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),with more reduction found in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 7.84%,which was lower than that in the control group(15.69%),but with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tongqiao Biyan granules combined with azelastine hydrochloride tablets is effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,which can regulate the Th1/Th2 balance,reduce the levels of oxidative stress and inflammation,improve the symptoms of patients with low incidence of adverse reactions.Thus,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
