系统化推进智慧教师培养的探索——以上海市世界外国语中学为例

摘要 基于教师智慧的内涵,智慧教师应该具备三个品性,即高尚人格、善于思辨、创新能力,其中,高尚人格是智慧教师之基础,善于思辨是智慧教师之动力,创新能力是智慧教师之核心。在创新教师发展模式的过程中,学校通过参与式、体验式的培养模式培养智慧教师。同时,这些创新智慧更好地指引教师在学生成长、教学改革、课程建设中发挥积极作用,并进一步提升了教师的育人理念、核心素养和人格修养。 Based on the connotation of teacher wisdom,smart teachers should possess three qualities,namely,noble personality,critical thinking,and innovative ability.Among them,noble personality is the foundation of smart teachers,critical thinking is the driving force,and innovative ability is the core.In the process of innovating teacher development models,schools train smart teachers through participatory and experiential training models.Meanwhile,such innovative wisdom help guide teachers to play an active role in student growth,teaching reform,and curriculum construction,and further enhance teachers’education concepts,core qualities and personality cultivation.
