摘要
乡村教师是乡村教育的主体,其教学能力直接决定乡村教育的质量和水平。基于对全国8个省份乡村教师教学能力的调查,探索出制约乡村教师教学能力提升的主要原因。研究结果表明:乡村教师教学能力总体状况较好,但教学研究能力较为薄弱,在收集研究资料、选择研究方法、撰写研究论文等方面均存在一定问题,特岗教师教学能力亟待提升。基于此,提出应将政策倾斜与观念转变并重、完善乡村教师本土化培训机制、组建城乡一体化教学研究队伍等建议。
Rural teachers are the main part of rural education,and their teaching ability directly determines its quality and level.Based on the investigation of the teaching ability of rural teachers in eight provinces of China,this study has found the main causes that restrict the improvement of the teaching ability of rural teachers.The results have shown that rural teachers have good general teaching ability,but their research ability is relatively weak,which can be reflected in their difficulties in collecting research materials,selecting research methods and writing research papers.Besides,the teaching ability of specially contracted teachers needs to be urgently improved.Based on this,this study puts forward some suggestions,including paying equal attention to preferential policies and conceptual change,improving the mechanism of localization training for rural teachers,and forming a teaching and research team of urban-rural integration.
