摘要
乡村教师的生存境遇与乡村教育质量密切相关。研究采用实证调查法分析乡村教师的生存境遇,发现其工作满意度不高,职业倦怠感较强烈。探究社会学因素对乡村教师生存境遇的影响与相关关系,挖掘影响乡村教师发展的内驱力,提出创新完善激励体制机制、拓宽职业发展渠道、培养乡土情怀等策略,从而实现乡村教师队伍的协同共生、良性和谐的成功突围。
The survival situation of rural teachers is closely related to the quality of rural education.This paper uses empirical investigation to analyze rural teachers’survival situation.It has found that their job satisfaction is not high while job burnout is strong.It has also explored influence of sociological factors on the survival situation of rural teachers,and excavated the internal driving force that affects the development of rural teachers.Finally,this paper has put forward such strategies as innovating and perfecting the incentive system,widening the channels of professional development and cultivating the local feelings,so as to realize the successful breakthrough of the cooperative symbiosis and benign harmony of the rural teachers.
