摘要
通过问卷调查与实证研究发现:幼儿教师职业认同由职业价值、职业情感、职业意志、职业能力和职业行为五个维度构成。其中,职业价值和职业意志对幼儿教师离职倾向具有显著的负向影响;职业价值除了直接影响幼儿教师离职倾向外,还通过职业意志的中介作用降低了幼儿教师的离职倾向;职业行为和职业情感对幼儿教师离职倾向影响并不显著,但职业情感通过作用职业意志间接降低了幼儿教师的离职倾向;职业能力对幼儿教师离职倾向具有显著的正向作用。提高幼儿教师职业认同度、降低幼儿教师离职倾向应将宏观政策与微观措施相结合。
Through the questionnaire and empirical research,this paper has found that the pre-school teachers’professional identity consists of five dimensions:professional value,professional emotion,professional will,professional ability and professional behavior.Professional value and professional will both have a significant negative impact on pre-school teachers’turnover tendency.In addition to directly affecting turnover tendency,professional value also reduces it through the mediating role of professional will.Nevertheless,neither professional behavior nor professional emotion has significant impact on pre-school teachers’turnover tendency,but professional emotion indirectly reduces it through the role of professional will.Professional ability has a significant positive effect on pre-school teachers’turnover tendency.Thus,macro policy and micro measures should be combined to improve the professional identity of pre-school teachers and reduce their turnover tendency.
