摘要
精子发生(spermatogenesis)是遗传信息传递和物种延续的重要环节,受诸多因素的调控。精子发生作为组织胚胎学、分子生物学、遗传学等多学科的交叉领域,是生殖生物学的研究热点之一。本文评述了精子发生相关研究的最新进展,介绍了生精细胞的分子调控、睾丸细胞对精子发生的影响以及精子发生重建技术的应用,以期为探索精子发生机制提供新的思路。
Spermatogenesis is an important process in the transmission of genetic information and the continuation of species,which is regulated by many factors.As an interdisciplinary field of histology,embryology,molecular biology as well as genetics,study of spermatogenesis is one of the research hotspots in biology of reproduction.Here we reviewed the recent research progress in spermatogenesis,covering the molecular regulation of spermatogenic cells,the effects of testicular cells on spermatogenesis,and the applications of spermatogenesis reconstruction techniques,in order to provide new ideas for exploring its mechanisms.
