摘要
“文化强国”和“一带一路”等国家战略的实施,既让世界有机会重新认识中国,重新构建新的中国国家形象,也为高校外语教育的文化自信提供了建设机遇。但与此同时,由于多年来高校外语教育政策“重知识、轻文化”的导向,导致外语教育的文化自信建设滞后于时代需要。为此,可以通过完善教学大纲、修编教材、提升教师文化素养、强化课程思政、优化测试与考评等途径,在外语教育中强化对中华民族文化的“自知之明”,保持对异国文化的批判性认知与接受。
Chinese national strategies like Building a Cultural Power and The Belt and Road Initiative not only give the world the opportunity to re-understand China,but also provide higher foreign languages education with the chance of cultural confidence constructions.However,due to the limitations of foreign language educational policy,which focuses on more knowledge than culture,the construction of cultural confidence in foreign language education lags behind the times.Therefore,higher foreign languages education department can take some actions to improve the present situation,such as polishing teaching syllabus,revising teaching materials,improving teachers’cultural quality,strengthening curriculum ideological education,optimizing testing and evaluation.
