摘要
分析了城市综合管廊中的主要安全隐患以及火灾自动报警系统在防范管廊火灾中起的重要作用。针对现行《火灾自动报警系统设计规范》在城市综合管廊应用过程中存在的可靠性无法保障的问题,引入IEC 61508中“功能安全”的设计理念,阐述了火灾自动报警系统应用中应遵循的设计流程、系统安全功能要求时失效概率的计算方法以及系统安全完整性等级的评价方法。
The main safety hazards in the urban utility tunnel and the important role of automatic fire alarm system in the prevention of utility tunnel fire were analyzed.Aiming at the issue that the reliability of the current“Design Specification for Automatic Fire Alarm System”cannot be guaranteed in the application of urban utility tunnel,the design concept of“functional safety”in IEC 61508 was introduced.The design process followed in the application of automatic fire alarm system,the failure probability(PFD)calculation of the system safety function requirement,and the evaluation of system safety integrity level(SIL)were described.
