摘要
对水煤浆气化装置锁斗系统存在的隐患故障进行总结,分析顺控隐患和锁渣阀故障原因,提出解决方案,实现锁斗系统安全、稳定运行,从而保障气化炉连续运行。
This paper summarized the hidden troubles and failures of lock system in coal water slurry gasification plant.By analyzing the hidden trouble of sequence control and slag lock valve failure,a solution to achieve the safe and stable operation of the lock system was presented,and the uninterrupted operation of gasifier was therefore guaranteed.
