介绍李领娥教授治疗痤疮临床经验,归纳了痤疮肺经风热证、肠胃湿热证、热毒壅盛证、肝胆湿热证、冲任不调证5种证型的辨证思路,包括皮损的生长部位、皮损形态、发病年龄、脉诊、舌诊等,治疗分别采用枇杷清肺饮、二陈汤和白虎汤、五味消毒饮、龙胆泻肝汤和二至丸加减。

Professor LI Ling-e’s clinical experience in the treatment of acne was introduced.The authors sums up the trains of though for treatment of five types of syndromes:lung transwind heat syndrome,gastrointestinal wet heat syndrome,heat toxin fever syndrome,liver and gallbladder wet heat syndrome,and impulse shock syndrome identified from the growth site of skin lesions,lesion morphology,age of onset,pulse diagnosis,tongue diagnosis,and so on.Pipa Qingfei Decoction,Erchen Decoction and Baihu Decoction,Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction,Longdan Xiegan Decoction and Erzhi Pill were used in the treatment separately.
