临床情景模拟融入学科整合PBL教学实践 被引量:5

Practice and Experience of Clinical Scenario Simulation Integrated into Discipline-integrated PBL Teaching

摘要 为培养医学生的临床能力,同时发挥PBL教学优势,将临床情景模拟应用于临床医学专业本科生PBL教学中。实践表明这一教学模式拉近了教学与临床的距离,既增强了学生参与的积极性,增加了趣味性,提高了学生的医患沟通能力,还丰富了学生的医学人文知识,更好地实现了学科整合PBL的教学目标,体现了“以学生为中心”的教育教学理念。 To cultivate students’clinical abilities and take advantage of PBL teaching mode,the clinical scenarios were integrated into PBL teaching for clinical medical undergraduates.The practice shows that this teaching mode not only shortens the distance between teaching and clinical practice,but also enhances the students'enthusiasm for participation,increases their interest,improves their communication ability between doctors and patients,and enriches their medical humanistic knowledge.It can better realize the teaching goal of PBL subject integration and embody the“student-centered”education and teaching concept.
