Comparison and Selection of the Black Start Unit in Wudongde Hydropower Station

乌东德电厂黑启动的目的是为防范电网大面积停电、水电站全站失压时,做到迅速、有序的正确处理事故以及快速恢复水电站的厂用电,并配合电网调度逐步恢复电网送电的过程,最大程度降低电网停电造成的损失。经研究给出了黑启动机组比选的原则,并结合乌东德电厂厂用电的接线方式,通过分析比选得到最优的黑启动机组。为电站运行后黑启动方面的工作提供了思路。

The purpose of black start in a hydropower station is to deal with accidents and recover the auxiliary power quickly and orderly,and cooperate with the power grid dispatching to gradually restore the power transmission in case of a large area power failure and voltage loss of the whole station,so as to minimize the loss caused by power grid outage.Firstly,the principles for the comparison and selection of black start units are discussed.Then,the optimal black start units are selected considering the specific connection mode of the auxiliary power supply in Wudongde Hydropower Station.It provides useful reference for the selection of black start units.
