摘要
通过对埋弧自动焊技术在600 MPa级高强钢超大型压力钢管的应用研究,成功指导了向家坝水电站扩机直径在9 m及以上压力钢管的埋弧自动焊接,半年完成4538 t压力钢管制作安装,焊接一次合格率达到99.8%以上,各项指标、各种性能检测全部达到国家行业技术规程规范及设计要求。填补了超大直径压力钢管的环缝埋弧自动焊技术的空白。
The successful application of the automatic submerged arc welding technology in circumferential seam welding of the super-large penstock with 600 MPa level high-strength steel in Xiangjiaba Hydropower station is introduced.With the improved welding technology,the manufacture and installation of over 4538 t penstock have been completed in half a year.The first pass yield of the welding work is over 99.8%and all performance indexes meet the national industrial technical specifications and design requirements.It fills the gap of the automatic submerged arc welding technology for super large diameter penstock.
