摘要
我国对变电站蓄电池容量的选择一般是采用DL/T 5044-2014规范,而国际工程中通常对直流负荷的统计和蓄电池容量计算需遵从IEEE Std 485-2020(r2010)。随着国内企业承接的国际电力工程业务逐年增多的需要,在对比分析IEEE Std 485和DL/T 5044的基础上,给出两规范在直流负荷分类、事故停电时间、蓄电池个数选择及蓄电池的容量计算上存在的异同点,介绍了IEEE Std 485标准下蓄电池容量计算方法;并以海外某变电站蓄电池容量选择为例,详细推导了计算过程,为国内电力设计者在进行国外蓄电池计算时提供标准计算方法。
In China,DL/T 5044-2014 technical code is commonly adopted for the selection of the substation battery capacity.While in international projects,the calculation of the DC loads and the battery capacity should comply with IEEE Std 485-2020(r2010).With the increase of international power projects undertaken by Chinese enterprises in recent years,it is necessary to understand the IEEE standard better.A comparison of the IEEE Std 485 and DL/T 5044 standards are carried out,especially on the DC load classification,outage time,battery number selection and battery capacity calculation.Then,the battery capacity calculation method in IEEE Std 485 is introduced.The calculation process is deduced in detail and illustrated with a practical example of an overseas substation,which provides a standard calculation prototype for designers of overseas power projects.
