沙沱水电站液压启闭机换油方法的改进 被引量:2

摘要 深入研究大型水工闸门液压启闭机系统工作原理,结合机组检修安全措施等,利用液压启闭机在闸门下落过程中,液压油缸下腔的液压油会置换至液压油缸上腔且不会回流至主油箱,在闸门提升过程油泵打出的压力油全部进入下腔,上腔油液的全部回流至主油箱这一特点,依靠液压启闭机电气控制系统,创造性地提出了液压启闭机液压油缸排油的新方法,使换油过程中减少液压油的消耗、简化工艺流程提高了效率,并降低了环境污染与人身及设备安全风险。 The working principles of the hydraulic hoist system for large-scale gate are analyzed firstly.During the gate falling process,the hydraulic oil in the lower oil chamber will be driven to the upper chamber and will not return to the main oil tank.During the gate lifting process,all the pressure oil driven from the oil pump will enter the lower chamber,while all the oil in the upper chamber will return to the main oil tank.Thus,a novel method is proposed for the hydraulic oil replacement based on the electrical control system of the hydraulic hoist,which can reduce the hydraulic oil loss,simplify the working process,improve the efficiency,and reduce the environmental pollution and personal and equipment safety risks.
