摘要
【目的】为筛选出能有效控制葡萄霜霉病菌的杀菌剂,并为生产中合理使用杀菌剂提供指导。【方法】采用离体叶盘保湿法,测定了3种不同类型杀菌剂对贺兰山东麓葡萄霜霉病菌的毒力。【结果】3种内吸性杀菌剂对贺兰山东麓葡萄霜霉病均有一定的抑制作用。其中烯酰吗啉的抑制活性远高于其他2种杀菌剂,其平均EC50值仅为0.0184μg/mL;霜脲氰的抑制活性稍弱,其平均EC50值为0.0856μg/mL;甲霜灵的抑菌效果最弱,其平均EC50值为0.1209μg/mL。【结论】98%烯酰吗啉对葡萄霜霉病的毒力最强,在连续降雨后喷施可以有效控制葡萄霜霉病的发生。
[Aims]This study aims to screen out effective fungicides for control of grape downy mildewand provide reference for guiding the rational use of fungicides in production.[Methods]Toxicity of three kinds of fungicides collected from different areas at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain was determined by using leaf disc method.[Results]Three fungicides showed high antibacterial activity against grape downy mildew.The bacteriostatic activity of dimethomorph was higher than the other two fungicides,and the average EC50 was 0.0184μg/mL;the bacteriostatic activity of permethasam was slightly weaker,and its average EC50 was 0.0856μg/mL;the bacteriostatic effect of metalaxyl was poor,and its average EC50 was 0.1209μg/mL.[Conclusions]Dimethomorph has very strong inhibiting effect on grape downy mildew and can be used as a temporary relief measure to control grape downy mildew when rainy days.
