摘要
运用AHP-Delphi法,从水利措施、农业措施、现代农业示范、农民能力建设和项目管理四个方面构造评价指标体系,建立4个一级指标和13个二级指标,运用层次分析对项目实施效果综合评价。结果表明,农业综合开发项目被评定为“良好”,所构建的评价指标体系是可行的。
In this paper,AHP-Delphi method is used to construct the evaluation system from the aspects of water conservancy measures,agricultural measures,modern agricultural measures,farmers'capacity building and project management.By establishing four first-level indicators and thirteen secondary indicators,the level analysis was used to carry out comprehensive evaluation of implementation effect of the project.The results showed that the agricultural comprehensive development project was rated as"good",and the construction of the evaluation index system is feasible.
