产业集群的发展是区域核心竞争力提升的重要途径。农产品地理标志作为一种法律赋予专有权利的地域性标志,对区域内外的经济资源具有吸纳与聚集的效应。地理标志农产品产业集群的价值集中体现在地理标志农产品、产业集群与区域经济之间存在层层递进、相互关联、交互作用发展的机制。本文以典型案例分析法,在阐述地理标志农产品产业集群价值的基础上,构思培育宁夏地理标志农产品产业集群,增强区域经济发展引动力的发展路径。其中包括:构建产业集群发展的制度环境;强化基础设施,培育专业化市场;建立起多方良性互动的合作机制;构建独特的地理标志品牌效应等。

The development of industrial clusters is an important way to enhance the regional core competitiveness.As a regional sign endowed with exclusive rights by law,the geographical indication of agricultural products has the effect of absorbing and gathering the economic resources inside and outside the region.The value of industrial clusters of agricultural products with geographical indications is embodied in the mechanism of progressive,interrelated and interactive development among agricultural products,industrial clusters of geographical indications and regional economy.Based on the analysis of typical cases,this paper expounds the value of geographical indication agricultural products industrial cluster,and conceives the development path of Ningxia agricultural products industrial cluster to strengthen the driving force of regional economic development.It includes building the institutional environment for industrial cluster development,strengthening infrastructure and cultivating specialized markets,establishing the cooperation mechanism of multi-party benign interaction and building unique brand effect of geographical indication.
