摘要
当前我国研究生尤其博士研究生教育中的师生关系存在着一系列问题。官本位思想导致师生关系失衡,教书与育人相分离导致师生关系异化,较重的科研压力导致师生关系疏远,导师对学生过于严苛导致师生关系紧张。在研究生教育中培育良好的师生关系,需要发扬尊师重教的传统,回归师生关系的本色;研究生导师应提高教学艺术,为研究生建立融洽高效的学习空间;通过相互尊重、信任和及时反馈,建立民主平等的师生关系;通过因材施教,制定个性化培养方案优化师生关系。
Currently,there is a series of problems in the supervisor-student relationship in graduate education,especially in doctoral education.The official-centered thinking in the relationship between doctoral students in our country leads to an imbalance between the doctoral supervisor and student relationship.The idea of separation between teaching and education results in the supervisor-student alienation,which is intensified by the great pressure form the scientific research.A supervisor’s too harsh attitude towards his student may give rise to an imbalanced relationship between them.In order to foster a good teacher-student relationship in graduate education,such tradition of respecting teachers and educating students should be implemented for a return to the genuinely intimate relation of supervisors and students;supervisors are supposed to improve their teaching skills and establish a harmonious and efficient learning space for doctoral students;through mutual respect,trust and timely feedback,a democratic and equal supervisor-student relationship is to be established;through tailored teaching and personalized training programs,the relationship between doctoral students and supervisors is to be optimized.
