部分遮盖法联合角膜塑形镜治疗小度数间歇性外斜视合并近视短期疗效观察

Short-term efficacy of partial occlusion therapy combined with orthokeratology lens in the treatment of small degree intermittent esotropia with myopia

目的观察部分遮盖法联合角膜塑形镜治疗小度数间歇性外斜视合并近视的短期疗效。方法选取2015年8月~2018年8月在我院就诊的小度数间歇性外斜视合并近视青少年儿童120例(240眼),试验组采用部分遮盖法联合角膜塑形镜,对照组采用单纯配戴框架眼镜矫正,观察两组治疗1年后的眼位控制力、斜视度、远立体视、近立体视的变化。结果治疗1年后,试验组眼位控制力增强,远立体视、近立体视改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),斜视度变化不明显,与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组眼位控制力减弱,斜视度增加,远立体视、近立体视变差,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1年后,两组间各项指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论部分遮盖法联合角膜塑形镜治疗小度数间歇性外斜视合并近视的短期疗效明显,对于未能接受斜视手术治疗的患者是一种有效的干预手段。

Objective To observe the short-term efficacy of partial occlusion therapy combined with orthokeratology lens in the treatment of small degree intermittent exotropia with myopia.Methods Totally 120 adolescents and children(240 eyes)of small degree intermittent exotropia with myopia treated in our hospital from Aug 2015 to Aug 2018 were enrolled,partial occlusion therapy combined with orthokeratology lens was used in the test group,the control group was treated with glasses.Eye position control,exotropia deviation,distant stereopsis and near stereopsis were observed after one year of treatment in the two groups.Results Compared with those before treatment,eye position control increased,distant stereopsis and near stereopsis improved after one year of treatment in the test group,the differences were significant(P<0.05),the change of exotropia deviation was not significantly different(P>0.05).In the control group,eye position control decreased,exotropia deviation increased,distant stereopsis and near stereopsis worsened after one year of treatment compared with those before treatment,the differences were significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the indexes one year after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Short-term efficacy of partial occlusion therapy combined with orthokeratology lens in the treatment of small degree intermittent exotropia with myopia is significant.It is an effective intervention for patients who can not accept strabismus surgery.
