摘要
目的调查ICU护士监护仪警报疲劳现状并分析影响因素。方法2020年3月—6月期间,采用ICU护士一般情况调查问卷和监护仪警报疲劳调查问卷对蚌埠市的3所三级甲等医院的105名ICU护士进行问卷调查。结果105名ICU护士监护仪警报疲劳得分为(20.11±7.40)分,处于中度以上水平,在监护仪疲劳量表的7个条目中,得分最高的是“监护仪警报使我感到焦虑”;经过单因素和Logistic回归分析,年龄、性别、婚姻状况、护理职称、从业时间是监护仪警报疲劳得分的影响因素,其中性别(OR=0.406)是保护性因素,年龄(OR=2.169)、护理职称(OR=1.566)、从业时间(OR=2.610)是危险性因素(P<0.05)。结论ICU护士的监护仪警报疲劳状况不容乐观,且受多重因素影响,建议医院管理者能够完善ICU监护仪警报相关的管理制度和监护认知,改善ICU护士的监护仪警报疲劳问题,实现有效的警报管理,促进ICU安全管理。
Objective To investigate the status quo of ICU nurse monitor alarm fatigue and analyze the influencing factors.Methods From March to June 2020,105 ICU nurses in 3 grade A hospitals in Bengbu city were surveyed with the general condition survey and the monitor alarm fatigue survey.Results The alarm fatigue score of 105 ICU nurses was 20.11±7.40,which was above the moderate level.Among the 7 items of the monitor fatigue scale,the highest score was"Monitor alarm made me feel anxious".After univariate and logistic regression analysis,age,gender,marital status,nursing title and working time were the influencing factors of the monitor alarm fatigue score,among which gender(OR=3.606)was the protective factor and age(OR=0.342),nursing title(OR=0.705)and working time(OR=0.821)were the risk factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The status of ICU nurses'monitor alarm fatigue is not optimistic,and is affected by multiple factors.It is suggested that hospital administrators can improve the management system and cognition related to ICU monitor alarm fatigue,improve the problem of ICU nurses'monitor alarm fatigue,realize effective alarm management,and promote the safety management of ICU.
