静脉输液全程管理及风险控制在高校医院的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of whole-course management and risk control of intravenous infusion in university hospitals

目的分析静脉输液全程精细化管理及风险控制在高校医院的应用效果。方法选取2016年度—2019年四川大学望江医院综合病房输液患者,对静脉输液全程精细化管理及风险控制措施前的2016年度、2017年度与采用静脉输液全程精细化管理及风险控制措施后的2018年度、2019年度发生的风险事件进行统计分析,对比分析实施前后的输液不良事件发生率。结果采用静脉输液全程精细化管理及风险控制措施后输液不良事件发生率由2.07%降低至0.65%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在高校医院实施静脉输液全程管理和风险控制,可有效降低输液不良事件的发生率,提高护理满意度,提升高校医院的整体服务质量。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the whole-course management and risk control of intravenous infusion applied in university hospitals.Methods The patients who were infused in our comprehensive ward from 2016 to 2019 were selected to statistically analyze the risk events that occurred in 2016 and 2017 before the adoption of the whole-course management and risk control measures of intravenous infusion and in 2018 and 2019 after the adoption of the whole-course management and risk control measures of intravenous infusion,and to compare and analyze before and after adoption of the whole-course management and risk control measures of intravenous infusion.Results The risk events that occurred after the whole-course management and risk control measures of intravenous infusion were reduced from 2.07%to 0.65%(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of whole-course management and risk control of intravenous infusion in university hospitals can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events of infusion,improve nursing satisfaction,and improve the overall service quality of university hospitals.
