脑卒中后手功能康复治疗的研究

Research on Rehabilitation Treatment of Hand Function After Stroke

脑卒中患者会遗留不同程度的上肢运动功能障碍,尤其是手部运动功能障碍,严重损害患者的日常生活质量。早期实施合理科学的康复方法对于患者手功能恢复具有重要意义。本文就脑卒中的上肢康复理论、外周干预治疗和中枢干预治疗作一综述,旨在为临床治疗提供参考。

Stroke patients will leave different degrees of upper limb motor dysfunction,especially hand motor dysfunction,which seriously damages the daily life quality of patients.Early implementation of reasonable and scientific rehabilitation methods is of great significance to the recovery of patients'hand function.This article reviews the upper limb rehabilitation theory,peripheral intervention therapy and central intervention therapy of stroke,aiming to provide reference for clinical treatment.
