武汉市某三甲医院护理人员健康现况调查

Investigation on the Health Status of Nursing Staff in a Tertiary Hospital in Wuhan

目的分析武汉市某三甲医院护理人员健康现状,为护理工作者制定健康管理对策提供科学依据。方法收集2015年1~12月武汉市某三甲医院2672名护理人员的体检资料进行研究,体检项目包含肝肾功能、血糖血脂尿酸、腹部彩超等,分析护理人员检出率排名前5的疾病以及不同年龄和科室护理人员健康状况的差异。结果护理人员异常指标检出率高达占70.28%,检出率排名前5位的疾病分别是血脂异常、高血压、脂肪肝、高尿酸、双视力下降或屈光不正,且男女性别比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着年龄的增长,高血脂、高血压、脂肪肝、高尿酸的发病率呈增高趋势,且不同年龄护理人员比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同科室疾病检出情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中急诊ICU和儿科检出率最高的是血脂异常,医技科室检出率最高的是脂肪肝。结论武汉市某三甲医院护理人员的健康状况不容乐观,需要加强护理人员的健康意识,根据不同年龄、科室进行行为干预,改善护理人员的健康水平,提高护理服务质量。

Objective To analyze the health status of nursing staff in a tertiary hospital in Wuhan,and provide scientific basis for nursing staff to formulate health management strategies.Methods The physical examination data of 2672 nursing staff in a tertiary hospital in Wuhan from January to December 2015 were collected for research.The physical examination items include liver and kidney function,blood sugar,blood lipid uric acid,abdominal color Doppler ultrasound,etc.,and the top 5 diseases detected by nursing staff and Differences in health status of nursing staff of different ages and departments.Results The detection rate of abnormal indexes of nursing staff was 70.28%,the top 5 diseases were dyslipidemia,hypertension,fatty liver,hyperuric acid,decreased visual acuity or ametropia,and the difference between men and women was statistically significant(P<0.05).With the increase of age,the incidence of hyperlipidemia,hypertension,fatty liver,and hyperuric acid tends to increase,and the difference between nursing staff of different ages was statistically significant(P<0.05);the detection of diseases in different departments is compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The highest detection rate in emergency ICU and pediatrics was dyslipidemia,and the highest detection rate in medical technical departments was fatty liver.Conclusion The health status of nursing staff in a tertiary hospital in Wuhan is not optimistic.It is necessary to strengthen the health awareness of nursing staff,conduct behavioral interventions according to different ages and departments,improve the health of nursing staff,and improve the quality of nursing service.
