中药房调剂质量监管在提高中药饮片分剂量合格率中的应用

Application of Quality Supervision of Dispensing in Chinese Pharmacies in Improving the Qualified Rate of Sub-dose of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces

目的研究中药房调剂质量监管对提高中药饮片分剂量合格率的影响。方法选择2018年10月~2019年9月我院中药房常规管理设为对照组,2019年10月~2020年9月中药房调剂质量监管设为观察组,并选取各组同期采用重要饮片治疗的96例患者为调查对象,比较两组中药饮片分剂量合格率、调剂差错事件发生率、不良反应发生率及患者满意度。结果观察组中药饮片分剂量合格率为97.91%,高于对照组的85.41%(P<0.05);观察组处方错误、未执行脚注、配伍禁忌、饮片质量总发生率为2.08%,低于对照组的11.45%(P<0.05);观察组临床不良反应发生率为1.04%,低于对照组的5.21%(P<0.05);观察者满意度为98.95%,高于对照组的87.50%(P<0.05)。结论中药房调剂质量监管可提高中药饮片分剂量合格率,预防饮片调剂差错事件,降低来内测不良反应,提高患者满意度,确保中药饮片的有效性和安全性。

Objective To study the effect of the quality supervision of Chinese pharmacies on improving the qualified rate of divided doses of Chinese herbal medicine.Methods The routine management of traditional Chinese pharmacy in our hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 was selected as the control group,and the quality supervision of traditional Chinese pharmacy from October 2019 to September 2020 was selected as the observation group,and each group was treated with important decoctions during the same period.The 96 patients from the two groups were the subjects of the survey,and compared the qualified rate,the rate of adjustment errors,the rate of adverse reactions and the satisfaction of patients between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of divided doses of Chinese herbal medicines in the observation group was 97.91%,which was higher than 85.41% in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of prescription errors,failure to implement footnotes,contraindications,and quality of herbal medicines in the observation group 2.08%,lower than 11.45% of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of clinical adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.04%,which was lower than 5.21% of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 98.95%,which was higher than 87.50% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality supervision of prescriptions in traditional Chinese pharmacies can increase the qualified rate of divided doses of traditional Chinese herbal medicines,prevent the wrong events in the dispensing of traditional Chinese herbal medicines,reduce adverse reactions in internal testing,improve patient satisfaction,and ensure the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese herbal medicines.
