摘要 目的使用Pentacam测量法分析白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术后眼前节参数的变化。方法选取2019年8月至12月在我院行白内障手术,并符合入选标准患者45例,共64只眼,完善常规检查后行白内障手术,并在术前和术后1月进行Pentacam检查,记录中央角膜厚度、前房深度、前房容积及前房角宽度。数据的正态性由Shapiro-Wilk检验,采用配对t检验分析术前术后相应参数关系。结果术前中央角膜厚度为(536.81±27.92)μm,前房容积为(116.38±39.79)mm,前房深度为(2.61±0.58)mm,前房角宽度为(32.31±9.43)°;术后1月中央角膜厚度为(541.31±26.83)μm,前房容积为(150.66±20.91),前房深度为(4.20±0.64)mm,前房角宽度为(41.09±5.23)°。白内障超声乳化吸除术联合人工晶状体植入术后1月,中央角膜厚度、前房容积、前房深度、前房角宽度均大于术前水平,差异具有统计学意义。结论早期行白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入手术,可增加前房深度、前房容积,增大前房角,是预防闭角型青光眼发作的一种简单有效的手术方式。 Objective Using pentacam to analyze the changes of anterior segment parameters after phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation.Methods A total of 64 eyes were selected from 45 patients who were scheduled to undergo cataract surgery in our hospital from August to December 2019 and met the inclusion criteria.Cataract surgery was performed after routine examination,and Pentacam examination was performed before and one month after surgery.Central corneal thickness,anterior chamber depth,anterior chamber volume and anterior chamberangle were recorded.The normality of the data was analyzed by Shapiro-Wilk test,and the corresponding parameters before and after operation were analyzed by paired T test.Results Before the surgery,central corneal thickness was(536.81±27.92)μm,anterior chamber volume was(116.38±39.79)mm,anterior chamber depth was(2.61±0.58)mm,and anterior chamber angle was(32.31±9.43)°.And one month later,the central corneal thickness was(541.31±26.83)μm,the anterior chamber volume was(150.66±20.91)mm,the anterior chamber depth was(4.20±0.64)mm,and the anterior chamber angle was(41.09±5.23)°.The central corneal thickness,anterior chamber volume,anterior chamber depth,and anterior chamber angle were all greater than the preoperative level one month after phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation(P<0.01).Conclusion Early cataract phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation can increase anterior chamber depth and anterior chamber angle,and is a simple and effective surgical method to prevent the onset of angular-closure glaucoma.
