试析新中国成立以来中国共产党对人民主体地位认识的演进与发展

Analysis on the Evolution and Development of the Chinese Communist Party’s Understanding of the People’s Dominant Status Since the Founding of the People’s Republic of China

作为马克思主义政党,中国共产党始终秉持人民主体地位理念。新中国成立以来,随着中国社会主义实践的发展,党对人民主体地位的认识也在不断深化和发展。在社会主义革命和建设时期,党对人民主体地位的认识,主要体现为人民是社会主义革命和建设的参与主体;在社会主义改革开放时期,党对人民主体地位的认识,主要体现为人民是改革发展成果的创造主体和共享主体;在中国特色社会主义新时代,党对人民主体地位的认识,主要体现为人民是实现中华民族伟大复兴的依靠主体。

As a Marxist party,the Communist Party of China has always upheld the idea of the people’s dominant position.Since the founding of New China,with the development of China’s socialist practice,the party’s understanding of the people’s dominant position has also been deepening and developing.In the period of socialist revolution and construction,the party’s understanding of the people’s dominant position is mainly reflected in the people’s participation in the socialist revolution and construction;in the period of socialist reform,the party’s understanding of the people’s dominant position is mainly reflected in that people are the main body of creating and sharing of the results of reform and development;in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the party’s understanding of the people’s dominant position is mainly reflected in the people being the main force of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
