摘要
国外某铜冶炼厂采用“闪速炉熔炼+转炉吹炼+阳极炉精炼”工艺,但该厂设备老旧导致作业率低、能耗高、成本高。在对该厂工艺现状及存在的问题进行详细剖析的基础上,提出了部分设备扩能升级,优化工艺烟气收集处理措施、设置全工艺环集脱硫系统等几点改造设想,以此满足扩产发展需要。
The process of“flash furnace smelting+converter blowing+anode furnace refining”is used in a foreign copper smelter,which results in low operation rate,high energy consumption and high cost.Based on a detailed analysis of the process status and existing problems of the smelter,some upgrading ideas are put forward,such as capacity expansion and upgrading of some equipment,optimization of process gas collection and treatment measures,and installation of full-process fugitive gas desulfurization system,so as to meet the needs of expansion and development.
