一种回转式阳极炉集烟装置设计

摘要 针对回转式阳极炉传统环境集烟罩外形体积较大、收集烟气效率低、漏风率高,且容易发生碰撞等不足,提出一种新型的阳极炉集烟装置。该装置结构紧凑、环保性好、收集效率高、运行成本低。应用实践证明其具有良好的环保性,并能带来显著的经济效益。 The paper introduces a new type of AF gas collecting device in view of the disadvantages of the traditional fugitive gas collecting hood of rotary anode furnace,such as large size and volume,low efficiency of gas collecting,high air leakage rate and frequent collision,etc.This device has the advantages of compact structure,good environmental protection performance,high collecting efficiency and low operating cost.The practice shows that it has good environmental protection performance and can bring remarkable economic benefits.
