DP耦合器实现PLC与DCS主站间通信的实践

Practice of Communication between PLC and DCS Master Station by DP/DP Coupler

在介绍了Profibus-DP通信原理的基础上,针对某冶炼厂硫酸区域DP主站A采用横河CENTUM VP型DCS集散控制系统,DP主站B采用的是西门子S7-1500系列PLC的具体情况,对该项目PLC主站与DCS主站之间通信的实现进行了论述。该项目采用DP/DP Coupler连接2个Profibus-DP主站网络,通信方式更稳定,更能节省成本。

Based on the introduction of PROFIBUS DP communication principle,this paper discusses the realization of communication between PLC master station and DCS master station in a smelter's sulfuric acid area,in which Yokogawa CENTUM VP DCS is adopted in DP master station a and Siemens S7-1500 series PLC is adopted in DP master station B.The project uses DP/DP coupler to connect two PROFIBUS DP master station networks,so the communication mode is more stable and the cost can be saved.
