摘要
为实现对尾矿库的科学化安全管理,针对当前尾矿库安全监测系统存在实时性差、准确率低等问题,提出基于物联网的尾矿安全监测系统,引入物联网和云服务技术,设计一种对尾矿库安全实时进行监控分析一体化的解决方案。该尾矿安全监测系统一方面通过基于传感器的信息采集系统实现多种环境参数实时监测,另一方面通过基于云平台的数据分析系统实现数据采集、数据存储、数据告警、数据统计、数据展示等功能。分析证明,该系统投入实际使用中能有效降低尾矿库监测的建设投入,提高尾矿库监测的工作效率。
In order to realize the scientific safety management of tailings pond,aiming at the problems(poor real-time performance and low accuracy)in the current tailings pond safety monitoring system,the paper puts forward a safety monitoring system based on internet of things for the mine area,introduces the internet of things and cloud service technology,and design a solution on integration monitoring and analyzing of the safety of tailings pond in real time.On the one hand,the tailings safety monitoring system realizes real-time monitoring of a variety of environmental parameters through the information acquisition system based on sensor;on the other hand,it realizes the functions of data acquisition,data storage,data alarm,data statistics,data display through the data analysis system based on cloud platform.The analysis shows that the system can effectively reduce the construction investment of tailings pond monitoring in actual application and improve the working efficiency of tailings pond monitoring.
