摘要
心血管内科学是内科学的主要教学内容之一,也是医学生学习的重点难点之一。PBL教学法即以问题为导向的教学方法,CBL教学法即以案例为基础的教学方法,都是以学生为中心的教育模式,目前已被国内外医学院校所广泛采用。为了帮助医学生更好地掌握心血管内科的学习内容,将PBL教学法与CBL教学法相结合应用于心血管内科学本科见习教学中,不仅发挥了学生的主观能动性,还培养了学生的临床思维,提高了教学质量。
Cardiovascular internal medicine is not only one of the main contents of internal medicine,but also one of the key and difficult points for medical students to learn.PBL teaching method is a problem-based teaching method.CBL teaching method is a case-based learning method.PBL teaching method and CBL teaching method are both student-centered education models,which have been widely used in medical colleges at home and abroad.In order to help medical students better master the learning content of cardiovascular medicine,PBL teaching method and CBL teaching method are applied to the undergraduate internship of cardiovascular medicine,which not only gives full play to students’subjective initiative,but also cultivates students’clinical thinking and improves the teaching quality.
