基于微信平台的PBL教学法在小儿外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用探讨 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨基于微信平台的以问题为导向的学习(PBL)教学法在小儿外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用及效果。方法选择深圳市儿童医院2017年和2018年入培的小儿外科住院医师规范化培训学员30名为研究对象。按随机数字表分为实验组和对照组,每组15名。实验组采用基于微信平台的PBL教学法进行教学;对照组采用传统课堂教学方法。对两组进行问卷调查,对教学效果进行分析。结果实验组激发学习兴趣、提高自学能力、团队协作精神评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。实验组认为学生处于主导地位、学习压力较大、自学能力明显提高、分析问题能力明显提高、解决问题能力明显提高、人际关系更加协调、语言表达能力明显提高、继续实施PBL教学比例高于对照组,而认为学习内容具完整性比例低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在小儿外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用基于微信平台的PBL教学法,可以有效地提升学员临床思维与决策能力、表达与沟通能力,最终提高学员的临床工作能力,符合现代小儿外科住院医师规范化培训的发展需求。 Objective To investigate the application of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method with WeChat platform in the standardized training for pediatric surgery residents.Methods From 2017 to 2018,30 medical students major in pediatric surgery were enrolled in this study.According to the random number table,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 15 students in each group.The experimental group adopted PBL teaching method based on WeChat platform for teaching;the control group adopted traditional classroom teaching methods.The two groups were investigated by questionnaire and the teaching effect was analyzed.Results The scores of learning interest stimulation,self-learning ability improvement and teamwork spirit in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The ratio of students in a dominant position,high learning pressure,self-study ability improved obviously and significantly improve ability to analyze the problems,problem solving skills improved obviously,more harmonious interpersonal relationship,language expression ability improve,continue to implement the PBL teaching of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the ratio of learning content integrity was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significance(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method with WeChat platform in the standardized training of pediatric surgery residents can effectively improve the students’clinical thinking and decision-making ability,expression and communication ability,and ultimately improve the students’clinical work ability,which meets the development needs of the standardized training of modern pediatric surgery residents.
