杏贝止咳颗粒辅助治疗儿童急性支气管炎的效果

Effect of Xingbei Zhike Granules in the adjuvant treatment of children with acute bronchitis

目的观察杏贝止咳颗粒联合西药辅助治疗儿童急性支气管炎的效果。方法选取2019年1月—12月上海交通大学医学院附属上海儿童医学中心诊断为急性支气管炎的患儿108例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各54例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,即抗感染及对症治疗;治疗组在常规西医治疗同时口服杏贝止咳颗粒。疗程1周。随访患儿临床转归,记录咳嗽症状积分、热退时间、肺部啰音消失时间及不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组。治疗前及治疗第7天,两组咳嗽症状积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗第3天,治疗组咳嗽症状积分显著低于对照组。治疗组热退时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组肺部啰音消失时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论杏贝止咳颗粒联合西药辅助治疗儿童急性支气管炎,早期用药第3天即可减少咳嗽症状,缩短热退时间并提高总有效率,且不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Xingbei Zhike Granules combined with Western medicine in the adjuvant treatment of children with acute bronchitis.Methods One hundred and eight children with acute bronchitis diagnosed by Shanghai Children’s Medical Center Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical College from January to December 2019 were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,54 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,namely anti infection and symptomatic treatment;treatment group was given Xingbei Zhike Granules at the same time.The course of treatment was one week.The clinical outcome was followed up.Cough symptom score,fever regression time,pulmonary rales disappearance time and adverse reactions were recorded.Results Total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in cough symptom scores between two groups before treatment and the seventh day of treatment(P>0.05).The third day of treatment,the cough symptom score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01).The time of fever regression in treatment group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the disappearance time of pulmonary rales between two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xingbei Zhike Granules combined with Western medicine in the adjuvant treatment of children with acute bronchitis,early medication can reduce cough symptoms in the third day of treatment,and can shorten the time of fever regression and improve the total effective rate,with low incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
