存量提升语境下的文教建筑公共空间优化设计研究——以仓山青少年活动中心为例 被引量:4

摘要 目前我国城乡建设已进入存量发展的转型期,作为文化素质教育重要场所的文教建筑,其公共空间品质存在的共性问题已无法满足使用者日益多元化的需求,亟待解决优化与提升。福州市仓山区青少年活动中心是存量背景下文教建筑的典例,分析其现状,从网络重构、功能复合、人文关怀、自然景观、空间特色等方面探讨文教建筑公共空间提质增效策略,着力解决功能流线混乱、景观设施陈旧、缺乏特色、活力散失等问题,以期为存量提升语境下的文教建筑公共空间优化设计提供参考。 At present,urban and rural construction in our country has entered the transition period of stock development.As a cultural and educational building with an important place for cultural quality education,the common problems of public space quality can not meet the needs of users,and it is urgent to optimize and improve.The youth activity center in Cangshan District is a typical example of cultural and educational architecture under the background of stock,we analyze the existing problems,and discuss the strategies of improving the public space efficiency of cultural and educational buildings from the aspects of network reconstruction,function compound,humanistic care,natural landscape,and space features.In order to provide reference for optimizing the design of cultural and educational buildings public space in the context of stock upgrading,we should focus on solving the problems such as chaotic flow lines,outdated landscape facilities,lack of features,and loss of vitality.
