浅谈民国时期安徽宿县社会教育之概况

The Administrative System of the Social Education in Su Xian County in Anhui Province in the Republic of China

清末“新政”中,社会教育改革被提上日程,至民国时期,宿县才具有真正意义上的社会教育。从宿县社会教育的行政体制、师资力量配置、经费投入三个方面对民国时期安徽宿县社会教育状况进行分析,诠释了宿县社会教育落后的原因,呼吁当今政府要大力发展经济、培育师资力量,以普及群众的社会教育,进而提高人民的科学文化素质,为宿县教育现代化做出贡献。

The Social Education had been on the agenda in Su Xian County in Anhui Province in the early years of the Republic of China.The system of the social education was established formally in order to promote the development of the Social Education many relevant laws and regulations had been issued by the government.Such was made a positive response in Su Xian County in Anhui province.The social Education Administrative System was established on the basis of the social education administrative system,funds personnel,etc.Although the economy wasn't developed fully,it was restricted by the healthy growth of the Social Education,the Social Education had obtained well.The spreading of social civilization transformation and the lower illiterate persons'sweeping was a certain progressive significance.The Social Education had gained a recognition in society,many contents and various forms has been worth studying by the academia.
