内蒙古高校音乐专业应用创新型人才培养体系建设研究——以赤峰学院音乐学院为例

Research on Construction of Applied Innovative Talents Training System of Music Majors in Inner Mongolia Universities--A Case from the Music School of Chifeng University

随着中国经济的迅猛发展,传统的高校教学模式已远远落后于社会需求,地方高校转型发展迫在眉睫。为适应社会发展做出相应变革,内蒙古高校在传承民族特色基础上为发展应用型创新型人才培养体系建设做着不懈的努力。本文以赤峰学院音乐学院为例探索应用创新型人才培养体系的构建,以求建立更加完善的应用创新型人才培养体制。

With the rapid economic development in China,the traditional teaching model of universities has fallen far behind the needs of society,so that the transformation and development of local universities is imminent.In order to adapt to social development and make corresponding changes,the Inner Mongolia universities are making unremitting efforts to develop the applied innovative talents training system on the basis of inheriting national characteristics.This article takes the Music School of Chifeng University as an example to explore the construction of a training system for applied innovative talents,in order to establish a more complete training system for applied innovative talents.
