摘要
废塑料改性沥青(WPMA)具有优异的高温抗车辙性能及循环经济特征,成为近期研究热点,然而,低温性能有争议和性能变异性大等问题影响其广泛应用。从废塑料材料性质、回收利用现状和道路工程应用情况等角度进行了综述并分析了其难以利用的根源;从废塑料与沥青的作用原理出发,调研与综述了废塑料、改性沥青的结构与混合料性能关系、混合料特征与常用的优化方法,以期为开发稳定、高品质的WPMA提供理论支撑与技术指导。
Waste plastic modified asphalt(WPMA)is popular due to inherent characteristic of excellent anti-rutting performance and circular economy.However,the inconsistency in processing and controversial performance at lower temperature limits the WPMA’s further development in road engineering.This original bottle-neck leading to these problems is analyzed from aspects of highway engineering,source,basic character and recycling process.The relationship between the resulted structure and performances of WPMA is established.Furthermore,the performance of mixture with WPMA is reviewed and optimized.This review is to providing ongoing insight on the development of high quality WPMA with stable quality.
