摘要
SBS改性沥青在生产、运输、储存和施工过程中,沥青-聚合物体系的相容性将发生改变,从而使其各项性能不断变化。为确保SBS改性沥青最佳使用性能,保障沥青路面的施工质量,以太仓346国道(原308省道)太仓段路面改善工程为依托,分析了现场储存方式、储存温度和储存时间对SBS改性沥青各项性能指标的影响。研究结果表明:SBS改性沥青性能随储存时间的增加而下降,且储存温度越高,其性能下降趋势越明显,建议施工过程中做到随产随用;SBS改性沥青在高温(170℃)和中温(140℃)储存时间宜控制在3 d内;在只能购买成品SBS改性沥青的情况下,合理安排施工时间是保证其性能的关键。
The compatibility of SBS modified asphalt with polymer system will be changed during the process of production,transportation,storage and construction,making it the changing performance.In order to ensure the best performance of SBS modified asphalt and guarantee the construction quality of asphalt pavement,this paper analyzes the effect of storage mode,storage temperature and storage time on various performance indexes of SBS modified asphalt based on the pavement improvement project of Taicang section of Taicang National Highway 346.The results show that the performance of SBS modified asphalt decrease with the increase of storage time,and the higher the storage temperature,the more obvious the performance decrease.It is suggested that the asphalt should be used as soon as it is prepared.The storage time of SBS modified asphalt at high temperature(170℃)and medium temperature(140℃)should be controlled within 3d.In the case that only finished product SBS modified asphalt can be purchased,reasonable construction time is the key to ensure its performance.
