摘要
针入度是表征沥青产品软硬程度和中温抗疲劳的技术指标,也是针入度分级体系的分级指标。文献研究中都得出针入度的对数与摄氏温度具有非常高的相关性。但是所有文献都没有涉及针入度的对数或针入度的双对数与绝对温度之间的关联研究。为了探索针入度分级体系、黏度分级体系和PG分级体系之间的相关性,寻找针入度与温度之间最优的关联关系,采用两种原油生产的10个沥青产品研究了15℃、25℃和30℃的针入度的对数和双对数分别与摄氏温度、绝对温度之间的线性相关性以及这些线性相关性的斜率和截距之间的线性相关性。通过相关系数的对比发现,国内外存在将近80年的针入度的对数与摄氏温度之间的线性关系并不是表征针入度与温度之间的最优线性关系,针入度的对数与绝对温度关系的线性相关性比针入度的对数与摄氏温度的相关性更适合表征针入度与温度之间的关系。
Penetration is not only the technical index to characterize the soft and hard degree and anti-fatigue at medium temperature of asphalt products,but also the classification index of penetration classification system.The research in some literatures shows that the logarithm of penetration has a very high correlation with Celsius Temperature.All the literatures don’t involve in the study of correlation between the logarithm or double logarithm of penetration with absolute temperature.In order to explore the correlation among penetration classification system,viscosity classification system and PG classification system,search for the optimal relevance between temperature and penetration,ten asphalt products produced by two kinds of crude oil are used to study the linear correlation between the logarithm and double logarithm of penetration at 15℃,25℃and 30℃with Celsius temperature,absolute temperature,as well as the linear correlation between the slope and intercept of these linear correlations.Through the comparison of correlation coefficients,it is found that the linear relationship between the logarithm of penetration and Celsius temperature,which has existed for nearly 80 years at home and abroad,does not represent optimal linear relationship between penetration and temperature,and linear correlation between the logarithm of penetration and absolute temperature is more suitable to represent the optimal linear relationship between penetration and temperature.
