摘要
木质素纤维可在沥青混合料中构成空间网络结构并吸收部分自由沥青,被广泛应用于改善沥青路面的路用性能。研究了絮状和粒状木质素纤维对不同矿物油“吸油率”的变化规律,对合理选择木质素纤维以提高沥青混合料性能有着重大意义。研究结果表明:絮状木质素纤维对煤油的“吸油率”明显大于颗粒状纤维,建议两种纤维的技术指标应该加以区分;木质素纤维“吸油率”随着硅油标号增加而增加,絮状纤维受硅油标号影响比粒状纤维更加显著;矿物油品种对木质素纤维吸油率的测试结果影响显著,建议在测试规程中对矿物油品种和标号进行规定说明。
Lignin fiber can form space network structure in asphalt mixture and absorb part of free asphalt,which is widely used to improve the road performance of asphalt pavement.In this paper,the change rule of"oil absorption rate"of different mineral oil by flocculent and granular lignin fiber is studied,which is great significance for the reasonable selection of lignin fiber to improve asphalt mixture performance.The results show that the"oil absorption rate"of flocculent lignin fiber to kerosene is significantly higher than that of granular fiber,and it is suggested that the technical indexes of the two fibers should be distinguished.The"oil absorption rate"of lignin fiber increases with the increasing of silicone oil grade,and the effect of silicone oil grade on flocculent fiber is more significant than that of granular fiber.The effect of mineral oil variety on oil absorption rate test results of lignin fiber is significant.It is recommended to specify the variety and grade of mineral oil in the test procedures.
